Warranty

New Equipment
We will accept replacement needs and warranty work for the first thirty (30) days after purchase. After thirty (30) days, you must contact the manufacturer directly:

Refurbished Equipment
We offer a one (1) year warranty on all refurbished equipment that is purchased from our company.

Extended Warranty
A three (3) or five (5) year warranty is available for all equipment for an additional fee. This warranty extends the manufacturer's warranty and must be purchased at the time the original product is purchased.

Return Policy
Prior to returning merchandise, you MUST call us at (954) 427-0200 Monday through Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm EST and receive an RMA (returned merchandise authorization) number and that number must be written on the outside of the box prior to shipment. Any product returned as defective that turns out to be non-defective (after testing) will be returned to you. A testing fee of 10% of the product value will be assessed along with the shipping and handling costs. All original merchandise must be sent back to us (ie: power cord, etc.) or you will be charged for these missing items. Returned merchandise MUST be packaged properly with adequate protection for the equipment inside. If improper packaging causes breakage or damage, you will be charged a fee for equipment service and repair. We will always ship replacement equipment UPS Ground, unless customer requests otherwise and is willing to pay the extra shipping costs. If equipment needs replacing/repair, you will receive replacement equipment in 10-14 business days.

Information Needed When Requesting an RMA #
  1. The serial number of your product
  2. Information about the installation and use of the unit
  3. Information about the failure and/or reason for the return
  4. A copy of your dated proof of purchase or the Order Number

Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear of the product or if the product has been misused, neglected, improperly installed, physically damaged or altered, either internally or externally, or damaged from improper use or use in an unsuitable environment.
