Warranty
New Equipment
We will honor the manufacturer's warrantee on all equipment for up to one (1)
year from the date of purchase.
Refurbished Equipment
We will warrantee all equipment for up to one (1) year from the date of purchase.
Extended Warranty
A three (3) or five (5) year extended warranty can be purchased for all equipment
for an additional fee. This warranty must be purchased the same day the equipment
is purchased and will expire three (3) or five (5) years from date of purchase.
Return Policy
Steps to Return Equipment under Warranty
- Call us at Monday through Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm EST at 800-785-5914 to
receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and explain what
is wrong with your equipment.
- We will send you your new equipment within 24-48 hours
- Once you receive your new equipment from us, use the return address label
we provide and ship the old equipment back to us within two weeks of date
received.
Equipment that is provided to replace a defective product carries the balance
of the original product warranty. For example, if a 3-year warranted product
is replaced after one year, the replacement product carries the remaining 2-year
warranty.
Information Needed when Requesting an RMA
- The serial number of your product
- Information about the installation and use of the unit
- Information about the failure and/or reason for the return
- A copy of your dated proof of purchase or the Order Number
Preparing the Product for Shipping
- An RMA # must be issued before the product can be returned.
- All original merchandise must be sent back (ie: power cord, etc.) or we
will charge you for these missing items. Package the unit safely. Please ensure
that your product is shipped fully insured. Returned products must be shipped
prepaid. Customer is responsible for filing claim with carrier.
- Products without an RMA # will either be refused or returned to you at your
expense. We are not liable for loss or damage to unauthorized product returns.
- Reference the RMA # in black bold print on the outside of the box and on
all paperwork.
Please Note the Following Return Restrictions
- Paper, ribbon and credit card slips are non-returnable.
- All software that has been opened or used is not eligible for return. (With
the exception of PC Charge, PC Charge Software cannot be returned within thirty
(30) days).
- IC Verify is non-returnable
- Custom-made items are non-returnable.
- Any product that turns out to be non-defective will be returned to you.
A testing fee of a minimum of 10% the product value will be assessed.
- A Nurit 3010 CDPD may only be returned for replacement if the product is
determined to be defective. It will be replaced with an identical Nurit 3010
CDPD.
What is NOT Covered under Warranty
Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear of the product or if the product
has been misused, neglected, improperly installed, physically damaged or altered,
either internally or externally, or damaged from improper use or use in an unsuitable
environment.
